Almost 4,000 International candidates from 155 countries all around the world will receive Fulbright scholarships each year.

Applicants from all educational background and fields in U.S Universities and all other educational Institutions.

All international candidates applications will processed by bi-national Fulbright Commissions or Foundations or U.S. Embassies.  

So ,all foreign applicants must via the Fulbright Commission/Foundation or U.S. Embassy exist in their countries.
