Guangdong Government Outstanding Foreign Student Scholarship in China, 2017

 Description:
The Guangdong University is offering Guangdong Government Outstanding Foreign Student Scholarship to commence study in China. The scholarship will be awarded to pursue undergraduate program.

With main purpose of encouraging the outstanding overseas students in Guangdong and promoting the development of Guangdong High Education Management for Foreign Students.
Guangdong University of Foreign Studies is a public university with emphasis in foreign languages and cultures, overseas economy and trade, and international strategies in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.
Requirements: Scholarship is available for undergraduate students for all subjects offered in university

Scholarship Grant:
Scholarship of 10000 per year will be awarded to each successful students.

Eligibility Criteria: 

 The candidate will be selected on the basis following criteria:

• Undergraduate students with formal academic qualification (freshmen students are not included?)
• international, with valid foreign passport & visa.
• fundamental Chinese Language Proficiency & provide relevant proof (Students who studying in English taught program could relax from this restriction in the appropriate way).
• Age must be under 40 years old when applying for this scholarship.
• Passed all compulsory courses & no disciplinary  records in last academic year.
• Have not awarded with any other scholarship.

How to Apply: The necessary documents for application are included:

• Application Form of Guangdong Government Outstanding Foreign Student Scholarship.
• Valid School attendance certificate
• Undergraduate transcripts
• 1 copy of foreign passport, including pages of personal information & valid visa.
